We can offer design and detailing for complete Oil & Gas Projects as well as individual equipment, skid designs, compressor packages, pressure vessels etc. by use of 3D CAD, FEM and CFD.

Design

General design of concepts/assemblies for systems including:

• Rotating or other type of machinery

• Cabling and cable trays

• Piping

• Tubing

• Instrumentation

• Civil and Structural Design

• Static Equipment Design

• Based on concepts and 3D assemblies from clients perform detailed engineering and make fabrication drawings with focus on fabrication and correct tolerances.

Calculation

Perform stress analysis using FEM, Staad Pro or other relevant software and pressure vessel calculation according to any relevant code, such as ISO EN 13445.

Pipe stress analysis using CAESAR II, Equipment Design Using PV Lite and Structure Analysis using STAAD PRO Software.

Documentation

Production of all types of documents such as:

• Drawings ((Piping 2D drawings in AutoCAD and 3D modeling using PDMS)

• P&ID’

• Manuals for installation, operation and maintenance

• Perform document control and act as Document Control Centre
